Your spouse, partner, or companion can be invited to join you in periodic couples sessions to help you work on your relationship with them to target your desired treatment goals.
If you're interested in this option, it's important to continue to have individual sessions in between couples sessions to keep working on your personal goals of lessening depressed feelings, reducing anxiety symptoms, and/or improving your self-esteem.
Your family is your own world where you deserve to feel respected and appreciated in your roles as wife, partner, mother, sister, or even daughter.
Family therapy can be scheduled as an additional component to your treatment plan to work on any relationship conflict or parenting difficulties you may be facing.
I have extensive experience in providing therapy to families of all stripes (traditional, multicultural, single-parent, LGBT, etc.) who are having difficulties with conflict, trust, or even bonding issues due to situations like adoption or blending families.

Scheduling Sessions: My regular weekday sessions are scheduled on Mondays & Wednesdays between the hours of 10:00am and 8:00pm. Each session is 50-minutes in length.
You're welcome to call me to discuss your treatment needs and to schedule a visit. If you prefer, you can also book an appointment with me online.
Weekend Therapy Appointments: I offer a limited number of Saturday sessions to accommodate your work and family schedules between the hours of 1:00pm to 5:00pm. Please contact me by phone or email to inquire about my available Saturday therapy slots or you can immediately reserve your weekend sessions online.
Directions: Located at 777 Silver Spur Rd., Suite 229, Rolling Hills Estates, CA 90274, in the red brick Palos Verdes Peninsula Building. Cross streets are Silver Spur Road & Roxcove Drive, adjacent to the Silver Spur Town & Country Shopping Center.
My office is located on the second floor (with elevator access). It's two blocks away from the Promenade on the Peninsula Mall and is minutes away from the surrounding South Bay cities of Rancho Palos Verdes, Palos Verdes Estates, Palos Verdes, San Pedro, Torrance, and Lomita. It's also just a short drive from Redondo Beach, Harbor City, and Long Beach.
Parking: There is free parking in the open lot behind the office building. Plenty of street parking is also available on Roxcove Drive & Silver Spur Road.
